Probate Administration

Administering a probate estate can be an overwhelming and confusing project, potentially laden with dangerous pitfalls.  Administration requires the marshalling and preservation of assets, settling tax liabilities and claims of creditors; fair treatment of beneficiaries and accounting of all activity.
